The Releasing Cards Archive

The KINESTHETIC RELEASE uses the body to release stuck energy:
Do you notice a tightness, a clutching in the stomach, chest, or throat area?
Welcome it.
Imagine a window over the area.
Open the window.
The energy wants to leave.
Let the feeling (energy) pass through.
Let it pass through the open window.
And more and more.
Do you feel a little bit lighter?

Do you notice a tightness, a sensation, or a clutching in the stomach, chest, or throat area?
Just welcome it;
Allow it to be there.
It's just energy, not good, not bad.
Imagine a window over the area.
Open the window.
Let the energy pass through.
There's nothing to do.
It wants to leave. Let it.
And more and more.
Do you feel a little lighter?

The UNSTUCK release replaces negativity with love:
Think of a problem.
Notice your mind has no answers,
and you're disapproving of yourself.
Has disapproving of yourself helped?
Who's doing it?
If you're doing it, what do you decide:
To love yourself or beat yourself up?
Could you let go of disapproving of yourself?
And more? [Repeat]
Do you feel a little lighter?
Can you give yourself some approval?
And more? [Repeat]
What are you experiencing?

Could you let go of asking your mind for answers it does not have?

Think of someone who disrespected or hurt you, or who behaved badly.
Can you see you are disapproving of them?
Does disapproving of them help you in any way?
If you could, would you let go of disapproving of them? When?
Could you let go of disapproving of them?
Could you forgive them?
Could you love them?
How does that feel?

Use the YES release to let go of suppressed feelings:
You don't like the fear do you?
Instead of saying no to the fear,
let's do something different.
On a scale from 0 to 10,
where 10 the fear is the strongest,
and 0 it's gone,
what number is the fear?
Could you say yes to the fear?
And more? [Repeat]
What number are you now?
Keep on going until 0 (at least 3).

What are you feeling right now?
Is that feeling wanting approval, wanting control, or wanting safety?
Could you let go of the want?
How does that feel?
Do you feel a small shift?
That's all there is to releasing.
This is the Method -
Immediately see the want that motivates the thought or feeling and immediately let it go.

THE 5 BASIC RELEASES:
1. KINESTHETIC (sensing):
Could you open up and let the energy pass through?
2. UNSTUCK (thinking):
Could you go of trying to figure it out?
Could you let go of disapproving of yourself?
Could you give yourself approval?
3. YES (feeling):
Could you say yes to the feeling?
4. METHOD (wanting):
Could you let go of wanting approval, wanting control, or wanting safety?
5. ONENESS (separation):
Could you surrender to it?

An attachment is clinging —
wanting something to be happy.
It's not wanting to lose the thing.
It's fine to have the thing.
The unfree thing is believing your happiness depends on it.
Think of something you possess: your home, your car, some treasured object.
Imagine losing it?
What's the want?
Could you let that wanting go?
Could you let go of your entire attachment to it?
Do you feel a little lighter?

What do you feel now about the goal -
I allow myself to live an abundant life with ease?
Is that wanting approval, wanting control, or wanting safety?
[Repeat using the Method and then do the same with]
What is an advantage of living an abundant life?
What is a disadvantage of living an abundant life?

When we resist, it is painful, like hitting our heads against the wall.
Resisting is fighting a
past that already exists or a
future that doesn't yet exist.
Who or what are you resisting right now?
Is that wanting approval, wanting control, or wanting safety?
Could you let that go?
Could you love it as it is?
How does that feel?

What are you proud of?
Could you let that (the pride) go?
What are you proud of?
Could you let that go?
What are you proud of?
Could you let that go?
[Repeat for 10-15 minutes]

Think of something you would like to do, but think you can't.
Can you see, it's not that
you can't do it. You won't!
(If I gave you a 10 million dollars, would you do it?)
On a scale of 0 to 10,
how much fear or resistance
is behind the "I won't?
Can you release and get to 0?

On a continuum between feeling a victim in a capricious world and taking full responsibility for a reality you created, where would you be?
Do you live by intention or reaction?
What is your intention for today?

What would you do if you had great health, wealth, and relationships?
What's stopping you from doing it now?

Most of us have the "I'm not good enough" program. We approach new or uncomfortable situations feeling insecure. Release on these and related questions.
Is your body good enough?
Is your mind good enough?
Are your finances good enough?
Are your relationships good enough?
Are you good enough?

How does that feel?
(Keep releasing until you can let them be who they are.)

What's bothering you about your body?
An ache? Something chronic? Weigh too much? Aging?
Can you see you are asking your mind for a solution it doesn't have?
